Next week it will be ten years since Port Elizabeth Daily Photo was begun to highlight the South African city of Port Elizabeth on Nelson Mandela Bay. Two other photobloggers began the website but ran out of steam after 500 posts. So, in stepped "Firefly" (Jonker Fourie), a local man who had another blog and a passion for the city. In addition to his work in the travel industry, his hobby of geocaching and another photography blog, Firefly has posted (almost) daily since 2008. It is an interesting blog from a fascinating part of the world. Take a look.
